All financial transactions on winph11 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited instantly. Withdrawals require a fully verified KYC account and are processed within the timeframes specified in Section 7 of these Terms. winph11 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts. winph11 operates under PAGCOR licensing authority, and regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through appropriate formal channels.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and winph11 (hereinafter "winph11," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the winph11 online gaming and sports betting platform available at winph11.co and any associated mobile applications, APIs, or sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform").

Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds in the account — including deposits and any purported winnings — will be forfeited.
3.2 Registration Requirements
To register a winph11 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
3.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual may register only one (1) account on the winph11 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. winph11 uses technical, behavioral, and financial monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any funds or bonuses therein may be forfeited at winph11's sole discretion.
3.4 Geographic Restrictions
The winph11 Platform is designed and licensed for use by players physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. Players must not register or use the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law. The use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your winph11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
winph11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. winph11 will never contact you to request your password, full card details, or one-time password (OTP) codes via any channel. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
You agree to use the winph11 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
winph11 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, PAGCOR, and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in any investigation arising from the use of the Platform.
All games and betting markets offered on the winph11 Platform are subject to specific game rules available within the Platform interface. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:
7.1 Deposits
winph11 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your winph11 account instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits are subject to banking processing times and may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Cashier section of the Platform.
7.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of winph11's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. winph11 processes verified withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

7.3 Payment Method Consistency
Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirements. winph11 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.4 Currency
All transactions on winph11 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). winph11 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
winph11's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your winph11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit winph11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

winph11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for breach, winph11 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of termination will be returned to the player via the original payment method, net of any amounts owed to winph11, unless the termination is related to fraud or money laundering suspicion, in which case the funds may be held pending investigation and/or law enforcement direction.
winph11 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — winph11 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email to the registered account address and/or by a prominent notice posted on the Platform.
Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, reformatting, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be implemented immediately without prior notice. The current version of these Terms, bearing the effective date at the top of this document, shall be the governing version at all times.
Your continued use of the winph11 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the winph11 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact winph11's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. winph11 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
14.2 PAGCOR Complaints
Players who are unable to resolve a dispute directly with winph11 may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through official regulatory channels. winph11 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
14.3 Jurisdiction
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal or PAGCOR complaint processes described above.
14.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of any purported class action, collective proceeding, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in any class-wide proceeding against winph11.
