Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and winph11 (hereinafter "winph11," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the winph11 online gaming and sports betting platform available at winph11.co and any associated mobile applications, APIs, or sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, making any deposit, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the winph11 service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with winph11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, game-specific rules, or bonus terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by winph11.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by you on the winph11 Platform through which you access all services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your winph11 Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spins, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive awarded by winph11 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, fishing games, and any other gaming products offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by winph11 and mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and oversees winph11's operations.
• "Platform" means the winph11 website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services at winph11.co.
• "Sports Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event, including but not limited to PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and sabong events offered through the winph11 sportsbook.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which online gambling is prohibited by law or in which winph11 does not hold the appropriate license to offer services.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the winph11 Platform. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law governing online gaming. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. winph11 will conduct age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds in the account — including deposits and any purported winnings — will be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a winph11 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the winph11 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. winph11 uses technical, behavioral, and financial monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any funds or bonuses therein may be forfeited at winph11's sole discretion.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The winph11 Platform is designed and licensed for use by players physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. Players must not register or use the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law. The use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your winph11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and change it periodically or immediately if you suspect unauthorized access;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, regardless of their claimed identity or relationship to you;
• Immediately notify winph11's customer support team if you suspect unauthorized use of your account, any security breach, or any loss or theft of your login credentials;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from shared or public devices;
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account unless you have notified winph11 in advance of unauthorized access.

winph11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. winph11 will never contact you to request your password, full card details, or one-time password (OTP) codes via any channel. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

You agree to use the winph11 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other technology to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform infrastructure — any winnings obtained through exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage ("collusion") in any game or betting market;
• Using the Platform in connection with any commercial or professional gambling operation, including acting as an agent for other bettors;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Placing wagers funded by criminal proceeds or engaging in any conduct that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments;
• Transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or in violation of Philippine law.

winph11 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, PAGCOR, and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in any investigation arising from the use of the Platform.

All games and betting markets offered on the winph11 Platform are subject to specific game rules available within the Platform interface. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• All bets are subject to the minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each game, table, or market as displayed on the Platform at the time of wagering;
• Once a bet has been confirmed and the wagering period has closed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player;
• Game outcomes in RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation software. Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical processes (card dealing, wheel spinning, dice shaking) captured on live video;
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, winph11's system will resolve the bet based on the game state recorded at the point of disconnection. winph11 is not liable for losses attributable to the Player's internet connection or device failure;
• winph11 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, game malfunction, data feed error, or where the bet was placed in error due to a manifest pricing mistake;
• For sports betting, winph11 reserves the right to suspend or void markets in the event of match abandonment, force majeure events, or information irregularities affecting market integrity.

7.1 Deposits

winph11 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your winph11 account instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits are subject to banking processing times and may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Cashier section of the Platform.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of winph11's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. winph11 processes verified withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• GCash / PayMaya: Five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts;
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): One (1) to three (3) banking business days;
• VIP Gold, Diamond, and Royal tier players benefit from priority processing queues with faster turnaround times.

winph11 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where winph11 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

7.3 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirements. winph11 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

7.4 Currency

All transactions on winph11 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). winph11 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

winph11 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" requirements) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and withdrawal caps applicable to each specific bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms;
• winph11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible;
• Only one promotion may be active on a player account at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms;
• Players who open multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will have all bonuses voided and accounts terminated;
• winph11 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotion mechanics;
• Any wagering conducted at a reduced risk (e.g., wagering on both sides of a betting market to meet requirements) may be deemed ineligible toward bonus wagering requirements.

All content on the winph11 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, visual design, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, photographs, audio-visual content, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of winph11 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without winph11's prior written consent;
• Using any winph11 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorization;
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, software errors, or telecommunications disruptions beyond winph11's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to technical error.

winph11's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your winph11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit winph11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

winph11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform incorporates a range of player protection tools available to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory review and cooling-off period of up to seven (7) days;
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications informing players of elapsed session duration;
• Reality Check: Periodic in-session notifications displaying elapsed time and net session win/loss;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who are experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to contact winph11's 24/7 support team to activate any of the above tools, or to self-exclude immediately. winph11 complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and cooperates with the National Council on Problem Gambling Philippines in player support initiatives.

winph11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 5;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by winph11;
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other criminal activity in connection with your account;
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions initiated by the Player or the Player's payment provider;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority, or a self-exclusion request from a third-party problem gambling registry;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months — inactive accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee as disclosed in the Platform's Fee Schedule.

Upon account termination for breach, winph11 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of termination will be returned to the player via the original payment method, net of any amounts owed to winph11, unless the termination is related to fraud or money laundering suspicion, in which case the funds may be held pending investigation and/or law enforcement direction.

winph11 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — winph11 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email to the registered account address and/or by a prominent notice posted on the Platform.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, reformatting, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be implemented immediately without prior notice. The current version of these Terms, bearing the effective date at the top of this document, shall be the governing version at all times.

Your continued use of the winph11 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the winph11 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact winph11's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. winph11 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

14.2 PAGCOR Complaints

Players who are unable to resolve a dispute directly with winph11 may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through official regulatory channels. winph11 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

14.3 Jurisdiction

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal or PAGCOR complaint processes described above.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of any purported class action, collective proceeding, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in any class-wide proceeding against winph11.
